If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, simply return it within 30 days of delivery in new condition and we will refund your payment or exchange your ring size. We are unable to refund or exchange items that show signs of being used. Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged (silver and gold jewelry).

• Please mail jewelry in a bubble/padded envelope so it will not go through the mail machine.

Ordered Wrong Size Ring?

• Ring must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
